Cashback: In order to receive cashback / reward points from The Co-operative Insurance you must ensure you follow a wholly online route and follow all steps accurately.
1. The user must click through to the Co-operative Insurance via the link provided on the cashback website.
2. You must then generate a quote and purchase your policy directly online. If any other route is taken e.g. through another website/advertisement or your policy is completed via our call centre, you will not receive cashback.
Validation Period
Please note all Co-operative Insurance policies operate on an extended validation period of 90 days. Please note this 90 day period will commence on the last day of the month in which your policy was taken out. After the 90 day period, sales will be validated and payment will be assigned for validated sales. This process can take 6-8 weeks. If policies are taken out and cancelled prior to the 90 day period ending, cashback will not be paid.
Disputed Transactions
If you have a query with a cashback transaction made, you must raise these with the website where you placed the sale and NOT with either The Co-operative Insurance or a product partner directly.
PLEASE NOTE: ENQUIRIES MUST NOT BE SUBMITTED UNTIL 90 DAYS AFTER YOUR TRANSACTION DATE. YOU THEN HAVE UP TO 30 DAYS IN ORDER TO SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY. Enquiries older than 120 days will not be accepted.

Any policy queries must be submitted with your full name, policy number, policy type, policy date, vehicle registration and premium.
Fraudulent Transactions
The Co-operative Insurance reserves the right to cancel any policy that is deemed to be fraudulent and withhold cashback payment. This may be due to incorrect or false personal detail, Bank Account Details, Contact Details, False Address Details.Important: Your cashback may not be awarded if you have used another site (e.g. comparison site) to visit or get a quote from this insurer.
