    I agree completely.

    I have also found that Nationwide service, both from branch staff and over the telephone, has over the last year or so become the worst of all the banks and building societies.

    Besides making my complaints to Nationwide directly, I have also been voting with my feet. I make sure not to open any accounts or make any deposits with Nationwide, and instead use other places with better interest rates and good customer service.
