    FlashBack Express software

    http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk/bbflashb...ress/home.aspx

Records screen activity etc, used to be $39 but now free.

I have no idea what uses this could serve but I'm sure someone will enjoy the freebie

With a name like that, it ought to be backup software, but it's Screencam / Screencast

Compare the editions, the free one seems to be plenty to record a little "how to", most significant limitation is in capture formats, though with upload-ready SWF/FLV and general purpose AVI, you can either upload or throw it into anything that can do AVI for more work.

My Screen Recorder is an excellent screen recording tool. Records your screen and audio from the speakers or your voice from the microphone - or both simultaneously. The recordings are clear and look great when played back on your PC or uploaded to YouTube. It will record directly to AVI, WMV, MP4, or FLV. Just perfect for making tutorials
