reason for yes:

Can ruin a persons life (can it be sorted out with restrictions?)
if God exists, in the Bible I think it says somewhere that you should spend your money wisely like on a loaf of bread, God doesn't like Greed, helps the rich get richer and the poor get poorer (this is a believe)
advertisements everywhere for gambling (this can be restricted or more discreat)

no:

can make a person rich
can give you a high
a persons freedom
gambling has a long history, nothing wrong with it

I voted no as it is one of those things that if you make them ilegal it just becomes run by organised crime syndicates and happens anyway. Just look at america.

Makes more sense for the a cut of it to go to the government as taxes to pay for schools etc. than for it to go into the criminals pockets. If you see what I mean.
