Maximiles (ipoints) - new site discussion

There may be a new ipoints logo on the horizon. I spotted the above logo here [url]

Ipoints sent me an email today promoting Goldshield, however I see Rpoints offer higher cashback for this retailer (7.5% only 5% with ipoints)
    [url]

I notice Goldshield sell an interesting weight loss product called LIPObind™
LIPObind™is a natural supplement made from dried cactus extract that helps reduce the amount of fat our body absorbs from the food we eat. In clinical trials is has been shown to remove up to 27% of undigested fats and up to 150 calories from a standard meal.
It sounds similar to Zenical which I successfully used about 2 years ago. Combined with regular gym exercise and healthier eating I lost 7st 3lbs in 18 months Zenical is only available on prescription but it says LIPObind doesn't require a prescription.

Happy new year to fellow Rpointers from a mere mortal (I glanced at my statement today and I no longer have VIP status)

Hope this doesn't mean that another devaluation is in the offing

Don't know if anyone noticed but the highest value redemption was only 60000 points (40gb Playstation 3) in the last week or so. Before Christmas there were computers and TV's well above that level.

It wouldn't surprise me if a devaluation takes place

Anyone else having problems logging in to the new site?

I have tried to log in several times and it keeps informing me my username/password is incorrect even though both are definitely correct.

When I clicked to get a reminder I got a message in red font: There is no account found that matches this email address

I hope my account has not been deleted I had about £30 worth of points saved up

Just logged in OK and I think all my points are there.

The Advertising page with the banners has gone. There is a new location & currently 7 pages to wade through to get your free ipoints: http://www.ipoints.co.uk/free-ipoints

Have they removed all the DVD/CD/Game voucher options for redemptions? There used to be an option to order DVDs and/or games from Sendit.com or CDs from 101CD for various values (from about £10 to £50) but I can't seem to see these on the new site. Only seems to be 4 DVDs you can order, no games and a handful of CDs! Was about to place an order yesterday before the site went down so very annoyed if they are now gone!

I am also getting the message saying I dont exist, there is no contact form available (unless you log in). I did submit a claim yesterday for missing points. Perhaps they have just closed all accounts that they owe points too.

The only way I can see to contact them at the minute is by telephone on 0207 819 2820 (unless you can sign in).

I will try tomorrow, and wait for their excuses.

p.s. I still am able to collect ipoints for webfetch, and you do appear to be able to search for dvd's & books (rather than their pitiful selection) using the "Your Search", but no more online vouchers for DVD's/Games and the Curry's voucher has increased by 15% worth of points.
