According to SBR, they also have a l-o-n-g history of palping bets without warning before the event and welshing on or changing unfavourably the terms of offers, plus a more recent history of posting wrong odds because of "incorrect feeds".

I had personal experience of them grading a bet as a loser in plain contradiction of their own rulebook and only got paid after intervention by SBR.
