When I deposited here they sat on it for a few hours while I sat with a zero balance awaiting 'approval'. I thought the deposit had failed as a couple of earlier ones had, so I redeposited and ended up with twice the amount I wanted.

They added the bonus but refused to let me withdraw the second payment - a bit cheeky.

That apart I use these as a regular bookie and have no complaints (leastwise 'til they go toes up because one of their big Asian 'players' welches on them.)

Very hot on ID as other posters have testified. I gave ID and got confirmation (which I saved) from livechat that I was OK to bet.

heads up, this £100 sign up ends tomorrow. They seem to have sign up bonuses every couple of months, but afaik £100 is the best so far.

I think someone at 188 is having a little April Fools joke at my expense.

I've been using them for about 3 months with no problem, but now my passport has expired and they are threatening to close my account and will not let me withdraw until I update my passport.

Surely this is unacceptable as I've been through all the verification process when opening the account?

This lot are ID potty - they will close your account and void all bets if you use a card and deposit here without sending them ID within about 72hrs.

They are crazy. Surely they can get away with keeping my money because my passport has expired.

They've given me 48 hours to get a new passport!!!

Just send alternative ID e.g. Driving Licence + Utility bill less than 3 months old.

Anyone opening a new account here, just to warn you send you ID before you deposit as they'll hold any funds and your balance will show as £0 until you've sent them your Driving Licenses, fingerprints, DNA and sperm sample etc etc.
