Thanks guys. Got a 11/10.5 arb, so put the whole lot on in a oners anyway.

An arb and hope for the end of the day:

Man Utd v Fulham Cashback
Monday 20:00 Live on Sky Sports 1
Premier League
If Fulham score 2 or more goals, Fred will refund all losing single bets placed on the match. Max £500 refund. Available online & in shops.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A maximum of approximately £12 (per £100 back) in this by my calculations on risk free, but there are a couple of narbs in there so you could do an arb and hope if £12 doesn't whet your appetite.
where are you looking to get the odds on fulham not to score 2 or more, theres no liquidity on that market at bf (currently 4 to back), though I expect this to improve before the game. So I guess you must be dutching elsewhere but cant find a market. Thank in advance.
Fulham Under 1.5 goals, 1.13 at Boyles or 365. Found using oddschecker.
This is of course roughly the same as laying at 8.7. Worse odds available from other bookies. Away to score exactly 0 and exactly 1 are also available at Hills. Haven't worked out if that would be better.

Another option would be to lay Man U clean sheet and back Fulham exactly 1.
Surely this depends what qualifying back bet you place with Fred? Can you not back 'MU Win to Nil' with Fred and dutch it with backs of 0-0, Fulham score 1 and Fulham score 2+ (e.g at Coral), reducing the stake on Fulham score 2+ to allow for the refund from Fred?
Where is the £500 limit specified? The on-line conditions don't seem to state a limit, although I think Fred's SNR freebets can't be broken up so that might impose a practical limit.
If you look at the markets the offer is listed just above the on the 1X2 market. However, the T&Cs do say any market (although don't have a limit):
Bet on any market for the Man United v Fulham game to qualify.
Only bets placed prior to the start of the match count.
90 mins play only.
Applies to Single bets Only placed prior to the start of the match.
Any subsequent returns from bets placed using free bet stakes will not include the stake.
Free bets will be credited to your account within 48 hours of your qualifying bet being settled.
Bets placed using free bet stakes do not qualify.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Usual Betfred.com rules apply, see website for details.
Fred's SNRs operate via a bonus cash system so can be split easily.
