Do beware continuous credit card mandates, post office insurance seem to ' forget' to apply stop instructions

They won't let me get a car insurance quote for my dad online because he has Post Office home insurance so isn't a "new" customer. It tells me to phone them - so not only do they avoid paying the £50 cashback, but also any credit to advertisers (e.g. Rpoints).
