Does anyone know which bank issue this card?
Also if i already have a CC issued from the same bank would i still be able to transfer the balance?

Egg was a subsidiary of Prudential but is now owned by Citigroup; I don't know if they've begun any kind of integration with Citigroup yet or have plans to do so. The Egg Card and Egg Money are separate cards, with different terms.
