Not if you do the BT through www.mbnanetaccess.co.uk.

    interesting arbster.

will MBNA do BTs for free even after the 0% deal has expired, ie on repeat offers, via the web? i guess it's not really possible as the 'deal' is usually struck with a person via the phone.

MBNA are now charging 2%/£35 on **ALL** BT's "as of last Sunday" (I was told on phone by MBNA which I presume means AUG 1st) even during promo periods of 0% interest - nobody now escapes the £35 - if you do, I want to know cos they've charged me that during 0% period.

I reckon you could get that refunded if you argued hard enough. Say you were promised there would be no fee if the transfer happened within the promotional period when you applied for the card.
A mention of transferring the balance onto a rival card always helps as well.

This maybe a silly question but is the poll for...

    1. Total credit limit

    OR

    2. Total borrowed on 0% credit cards

If (1) I need to change my "vote" as I have cards that I am not borrowing on
DYOR. Nothing I say should be taken as financial advice. I am not an IFA, just someone with an interest in money!
