    We have withdrawn the cash but the coupon never came and no way of knowing what to click to get them.

    The £5 off your online shop coupon is actually quite amusing. They tell you the coupon code in the terms & conditions on their website:
    # The eCoupon XXRNLJ is valid on a single order, delivered before or on 31st Jul 2009 and can only be used once per transaction and once per customer.

    I'm not sure if this changes daily or from store to store but yesterday at ours it was 25p of when you spend £1 on soup.

    I'll try again later and see if it has changed today.

    Ours seem to last for a whole week before changing. Stuck with £5 off holiday insurance this week.
    Get a few soup ones re Heinz 3 for £2 so use 2 coupons

    How many more people will ask for a receipt who would normally not bother?

    Yep, it is still the same so it must be weekly thing at ours too.
