    This Agreement and the TotalVid Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any claim or litigation arising under or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the TotalVid service shall be brought solely in the Federal courts in the Eastern District of Virginia or the state courts in Norfolk, Virginia
    Do they pay up ok?

    Are there any experts in the contract laws for the Commonwealth of Virginia around to advise on this one?

    one person received them straight away and the other is having problems... not much to go on in that thread to be honest and that's only talking about the tracking
