    Do you have any news about 3Mobile USB 3G modem ?

    Paolo
    I can confirm it works with the 3 USB 3G modem.

    It is quite straight forward to set up:

    Plug in your 3G USB modem and open Network and then click on the Create button. The Connection Wizard is launched and you should be able to select the GSM / 3G (UMTS) /HSDPA line and click the Next button. For some strange reason you get two entries for the modem, pick the entry for huawei - E220 /dev/ttyUSB0.

    Next click the Search button to locate network operators in your area
    Select the 3 UK mobile network and click Next.
    The Login data screen is next. Scroll down to UK - 3 and click Next.
    Note: The APN and username/password fields are completed automatically.

    {Other UK operators listed include T-mobile & Vodafone}

    Give your connection a name and click Next. On the next screen click Finish.
