    Mine too, but only when I got a proper “understanding” with a nice lady-manager from the CS – glad they started using phone at last. All my order problems are now sorted on the same day I file a note.

    Also did you know that a free standard delivery can be negotiated even with a home account (on orders <20kg) if you are ordering frequently enough?
    2250 points on car insurance and 5500 on home insurance from Barclays with “£50 guarantee”

    Fantastic, about to order from them.

    Never had a bad experience with ebuyer. Only one return I've made and it was a case of phoning them up and them arranging a courier to pick it up at their expense.
