Click here to visit Miller Brothers

Miller Brothers is a family owned electrical retailer established in 1923. They stock a wide range of electrical goods at competitively low prices. Everything at Miller Brothers, whether it’s a washing machine or an LCD television, comes with the added bonus of free delivery and prices are exclusive to the web – and not available in store.

Miller Brothers have gone into Administration as of the 26th May

Does anyone know how I stand legally when attempting to claim back £300 from the administrators for an unfulfilled delivery?? I want to get my facts straight before contacting them....

    many thanks

anyone have any info on this, the QED site is still operating? If the administration company is smart they'll want to honour sales and get rid of stock I'd have thought? I've seen a cheap cooker I want to order but I'm understandably wary.

How did you pay? If you paid by credit card I would call your cc company ASAP and initiate a chargeback. If you paid by debit card/cash/cheque you have no chance to get your money back.

I paid my credit card, finally got through to the adminstrators and they suggested to do as you suggested and contact the CC company which I am about to do.

There is a news release on their site. It appears the internet business will continue to exist after a management buy-out....

    Thanks
