    Morrisons - £1.99 for a single remote controlled socket (with remote & battery) or 3 for £3!

    whats good is each remote can control up to 4 sockets

    Surely these use up power when the socket itself is left in standby mode? Much more enviro friendly to get up off your arse and turn the socket off at the wall!

    I agree save electricity and get some exercise. Get up and turn it off at the mains. Rechargeable batteries cost money to buy and to recharge. Turning it off at the source is a freebie.
