Clickafone emerged two years ago from its sister company Premier Telecom (which itself has successfully operated in the mobile phone market for 7 years). They have strategic relationships with some of the biggest names in the mobile phone industry, including one of the largest volume relationships with 4u (Dextra Solutions). This relationship strives to bring you service, quality and pricing that has until now been impossible.

They have some onerous Ts + Cs.

EG:

1) 5 claims required

2) If you mess up on any one claim, then all the rest are lost!

3) They deny you the distance selling rules if you change your mind:

They only allow 7 days including the date of delivery to return unwanted goods. (DSR rules are 7 working days starting the day after delivery)

They make you pay a £10 admin fee as well as their original delivery costs.

Both of these charges are not allowed under the DSR.

4) They say:

We reserve the right to amend these terms at anytime

An unfair clause! But would you want to take them to court over it?
