everyday camera - Digital camera or Mobile phone with camera

as most of the mobile phones now have cameras, some with very good picture quality including sharp 903, SE W800i and Nokia N90. they are all good enough for general printing as well.

so my questions is that do we still need to buy a seperate camera nowadays? and how long do we have to wait till mobile phones take over MP3 players and Cameras? ?

my partner has the sony w800i and the cameras fantastic even in no light !!
the flash is bloody brilliant

we also have a olympus 3.2 MP digital camera and the cameras not a patch on the 2MP phone
