There are approx 6000 photos totaling 5Gb

5GB is a lot for free hosting

    Are you willing to subscribe?

I use photobox and flickr but have less than 3GB at each.

If you print photos online often, the photobox site gives you more storage.

Downside of photobox and flikr (I think) is that you can only upload jpegs. You can't store your RAWs or TIFFs with them.

(I could be wrong about flickr on this point).

Do you have a windows live account?

You can get 25GB storage free with SkyDrive. They're also very good for storing photos and can display slideshows, etc

http://www.adrive.com/ offer 50gig, or there is a list of photo sites offering space here.

However why not buy a 1T storage drive and carry it around with you? They cost about £70 now.

Yeah i got online storage service from this provider XnYnZ.com Here i put my all videos, photos and other files. You can also get the online storage service at low cost from there. It is the secure and safe place to store your data. Here they gives two plan Economy and Deluxe. I think Deluxe plan is suitable for your requirements. They are providing Scheduled backups,Unlimited account-to-account & public sharing,Simple and secure storage,Drag-and-drop file transfer, Upload up to a 2 GB file,Multiple-file uploads & download ,File editing tool and etc. Deluxe plan starts from $2.50 monthly.

Dropbox, Google Drive, SpiderOak, and there are others. They will all accept RAW files as far as I know.
