I've got around to it at last!

As usual, we're running a Predictions competition for our members, based upon the English Football Premier League. It's completely free to enter, you can win £1000 (see below) AND it's very simple; no expert footballing knowledge required (phew!)

Three prizes of £250 will be awarded to the members who prove the most successful at predicting the results of matches during the season. An additional prize of £250 will be awarded to the winner of a special "knockout trophy" (only open to those who join before 14 January 2011). Prize winners will be determined by predictions of games from 16 October onwards (up to 16 October, you're just playing for fun). It's possible for the same person to win all the prizes, giving a total top prize of £1000.

This promises to be a lot of fun over the next few months so don't delay, enter today!

Very generous competition, but same old, same old. A bit of evolution and development would have shown a small piece of the new dawn and bit of interest and attention to the site and it's members.

I feel a monthly prize, say £100, would be better than the 3 prize sections we have at the moment

Fair point. As some of you may realise, my 'laziness' is due to the number of things I'm having to sort out at the moment But I'm happy to change it to monthly prizes
