    How to get this deal

To achieve the above price/spec: Reduce the warranty to 1yr then add the 10% off discount code (see vouchers - your welcome to PM me if you are having any problems with the code) at the checkout.

Tip: Always take the offer through to the checkout. At this point all promotions will be added giving the best price, it's also the area where you can add any available discount codes.

    Upgrades to consider

    Dell A225 Speakers add £10.00

    McAfee Security Centre™ 9.0 - 15 Month Protection add £10.00

    Logitech® QuickCam Pro 5000 add £20.57 Get 50% off!

    AMD® Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ add £20.00

    Dell™ 22" Black Wide Flat Panel (E228WFP) add £30.00

    Accessing Dell's website

If you are having problems getting Dell's site to load an offer via Rpoints then try clearing cookies then logging back on and starting over. If this doesn't help then check any third party programs that you are using that could be affecting access.

Tip: When you click the above deal and see 'Click here to visit Dell UK and earn points' just click this once and allow the link to naturally complete, several clicks could cause the direct linking to fail which would simply send you to the home page or worse, give an error message.

How much would a "good" graphics card cost nowadays do you think? I mean one which will play the latest games to a good standard...

The 256MB 3850 can be had for around £85. However, £100 is about right for the 512MB.

£420 is the best price I can get it. Maybe the 10% voucher has expired?

Maybe you are using an older, expired code? As the 10% off code that I added (specifically for Dell Inspiron 531 systems) is still working and is valid until midnight on Tuesday the 11th of March.

I'll send you a PM with some advice...

EDIT: Code is now on view-for-all so simply go to Vouchers

There are 2 new discount codes for Inspiron systems in Vouchers. First is 5% off a spend of £499 and second is 10% off £599.
