    Dell click tracking

    My last 2 dell purchases haven't tracked. In fact none of my last 3 purchases haven't tracked. Is there a problem.

    Also, Why does the dell % keep changing. 3%, 2.5%, 1.5%...

    What's the score?

    When did you make the purchases?

    The %age cashback will change as the agreement with the affiliate network alters.

    Thanks JL. I'm not a noob to all this, as such. I've given it a good month to appear. I've submitted a claim again now, but if I were using the service as much as I used to, I would struggle to keep making manual claims TBH.

    I understand the %age changes via agreements with the partner, I'm just wondering what triggers the change.

    If it's any consolation, my last two Dell purchases via another affiliated network (sorry Rpoints!) have both failed too.

    I suspect it's at Dell's end rather than the referrer..........

    Hardly surprising, if the standard of their on-line support is anything to go by. I don't think I've ever experienced a more useless website. Never again.

    Dell phoned my and decided to cancel my order but I still got the Rpoints lol !
