    Dell Inspiron 1370

Is this quite an old machine???

I'm looking for something smaller than my current laptop so obviously it's gonna be a smaller screen size, but I do not want a netbook (that's too small).

Looking to spend around £350 and it must be able to play CD/DVD's and I've been pointed in the direction of the dell outlet site where I have their inspiron 1370 range (13.3") screen - I also realise it won't be brand new off the shelf.

They sound just the job, unless anybody can suggest otherwise???

It should be - in effect - brand new or as near as makes no difference.

From my experience, most Dell laptops are easy to get spare batteries for - they are normally made in quantity so there's a decent market for spare parts.

I'm sorry I can't be specific about this particular model - I have a D630 which has been easy to find updated bits for.

DmxDimension doesn't have the 1370 listed so it's a discontinued model I assume?

1370 is a Dell internal model reference, it's marketed as the 13z.

It was introduced last October so it's not an old model.
