    DONT BUY DELL

    after the fiasco surrounding the insperon mini's RPOINTS should sever the tie with this retailer.

    i accept the retailers right regarding misprices. what i dont accept is the retailer once knowing that there is a misprice processing the orders and for some and in no relevant order of them being received.

    dell should have either honored all orders before pulling the misprice or not sold and shipped the item to some.

    DONT BUY DELL.

    unfortunately i wont be getting 1 even though i ordered around 11:10 on thursday. yet others who ordered later have got theirs or have dates for delivery.

    total and utter sham.

    DONT BUY DELL & RPOINTS SHOULD TERMINATE THE ASSOCIATION WITH DELL.

    rpoints is run for our benefit not dell's.

    Dont entirely agree with this but just because a retailer doesnt honour a misprice isnt really a reason to stop buying from them IMO.

    Rubbish thread, Ive had loads of misprices before, and had the same amount lost. So the rest of us have to lose Dell cashback cause your pi$$ed?
