Where have all the Dell offers gone?

This has always been one of the most useful forums for me - but it seems to be winding down.

    What's happening out there?

Like so many of the forums here. Perhaps the main posters, _ST_ and iceni have moved on and given up.

Or perhaps, Dell aren't having any promotions or offers (or making price errors)!.

    It's a shame.

Dell still have monthly promos and there are still errors for the bargain hunters to find. However, my posting of these offers will be few and far between now. There is more than one reason for this but a major factor in my decision was too many issues behind the scenes. No point in going into any great detail but suffice to say that I couldn't see things getting any better.

For those that still come here looking for my offer posts and/or advice - I'm sorry, but I'm sure you will understand.

    Have fun.

Thanks for the answer ST. I have bought two Dells from recommendations here. I think Dell have pointed a gun at their foot and shot, especially in these recessonary times. Being as one of the Dells I have bought has developed a fault days after its warrenty ran out then I am thinking of other machines to buy. I hope they read this and cry.

There used to be a site that promoted the current Dell offers. I heard about it through this site but cannot find the thread.

Does anyone recall and can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Very helpful and will no doubt do the trick in finding my next Dell.

I don't think this is the site I had in mind though, this one doesn't look familiar by name or sight. Mind you, this site looks more comprehensive. Cheers Pato
