The bigger picture is that this is nothing more than an excuse for Her Maj's Government to start implementing legislation over internet usage.

You know, like they introduced anti-terrorism legislation to enable Plod to arrest people pointing cameras at "sensitive" landmarks (even though those very same landmarks can be viewed via Google Maps).
