If you are having problems getting Dell's site to load an offer via Rpoints then try clearing cookies then logging back on and starting over. If this doesn't help then check any third party programs that you are using that could be affecting access.

Hope this message finds you in the very best of health.
First and foremost, many thanks for all the contributions you make to Rpoints: your obvious expertise in computing matters is something that a great many of us benefit from and very much appreciate. 
I tried applying the voucher code listed in the vouchers section against the Inspiron deal you posted, but I couldn't get it to work. This is not too great a disappointment, as to be truthful, I think perhaps the vostro 200 or better still the vostro 400 would be a better buy. Any ideas if the code would work for the Vostro range, or is it Inspiron specific.
Any advice would be gratefully received!

Hi Mike,
Firstly, thanks for the kind words.
The 10% off voucher code that I added today is specific to Insprion 531 systems. With regards to Inspiron VS Vostro - currently Dell (AFAICS) are only offering the £60 shipping discount for Vostros if you go via small business, which means that your rights are affected (IE: no distance selling regulations - this may or may not be a issue for you but I thought it best to point it out) where as there's several Inspiron systems that have the shipping discount via Dell home.
If you let me know your budget and whether or not you require a monitor with the system then I could advise on the current deals (your welcome to PM me again should you prefer).
