Looks good. Strong performing CPU, good amount of RAM and a fair amount of hard drive space. If I were to pick a weak spot it would be the graphics but this can be sorted as and when required all dependant on it's use.
For £270 delivered + almost 3 yrs warranty I'd say it's a fair deal.
For others: A quick check on SVP's site shows that the stocks of these clearance systems is shrinking fast, so act quick if you see something you like!
