THE DEAD ZONE
High School teacher Johnny Smith, a car crash victim, emerges from a 5-year coma with the ability to see into people's futures. This extra sensory perception enables his to avert several potential disasters and earns him a degree of local celebrity. But when he meets local politician and would-be Presidential candidate, Greg Stillson, he foresees future events of genuinely cataclysmic proportions.
FIRESTARTER
A secret government experiment has produced unexpected results and now the last remaining victim and his young daughter are on the run. Their only defence is the psychic powers granted them by the experiment. The father has limited mind-control powers but his daughter, whose mother was also psychic, has tremendous power over fire.

| The Dead Zone is one of my all time fav films, great price and to think Martin Sheen still made President! (I had real problems watching him in The West Wing after seeing him in this film) |

Likewise  also liked Firestarter, but Dead Zone is a film I can watch over and over.
