A while back I ordered a hifi from them, they sent the wrong model, emailed them, nothing so I had to phone to arrange pick up. A couple of days later I get a phonecall from them about item, they didn't know that their courier was turning up that day to pick it up. ....
Two to three weeks later, no sign of refund on credit card, so I phone up to sort it out.... still doesn't get refunded, so I 1-14 days latter, I have to phone again, by a startling coincidence the refund had apparently just gone out, so wouldn't yet show with my CC company. Rolling Eyes

I ended up feeling like I'd personally progressed the entire order/refund through their 'system', guess it saves on their admin costs. Who needs that sort of hassle; I'd not recommend them.
