Thanks Very Happy

Now it will seem like I'm taking the mick with these as I signed up for PC Pro (doing A Level IT so am interested in that) a few months ago then signed up for Man Utd the other day (support United) then signed up for this as I like football.

When will the free football come? With the first mag?

88 remaining, thanks

Free gifts come separately; sometimes earlier, sometimes later than the first issue.

Is there any way to cancel these online? I have 2 recent direct debits for Haymarket, and it will only let me cancel the most recent one online so when I need to one of them won't cancel. Although I will email, one of the direct debits won't be cancelled so they could still take money?

If I leave nothing in the account as I am under 18 my bank shouldn't authorise the payment (although it says in T&Cs that they may) could it fail (and cancel) that way?

Hope I get the football before I have to cancel it or they might not send me it....

If you leave nothing in your account, the bank will return the direct debit unpaid and charge you for the privilege. Give them a call to cancel them.

So long as you let them take the initial payment (£1) then you should get the free gift, as you have a contract. To avoid problems, I'd suggest that you cancel the DD properly though, as Drinky says; it's surely not worth getting into dispute with your bank over, just to avoid cancelling the DD.

In some cases where you have more than one DD to the same beneficiary, attempting to cancel one of them will cancel all of them!

Surprised Didn't know they could do that Surprised, thought that like on a debit card they just refuse it and that's the end of it Surprised

Yep it's not worth getting into a dispute with them over and I don't trust them not to take it out of my linked savings account so I will have to phone up and do it properly, if stopping one doesn't stop them all.

Thanks
