hard to tell with refurbished
great deal if it does
if not the cheapest hp all in one is sub £40 and is probably better value as it comes with carts |

Don't think ink is included, saw the same printer on Dabs refurbished for £15 and ink wasn't included (do dabs own Misco?).
Lots of these are selling on ebay for around £15 without ink as well.
