I believe so, the £80 installation is optional from looking at argos. You can plug in an existing co-ax lead from an existing sky dish

what's the deal with existing house aerials?
will it work with this, also is it worth jumping in now, i thought only BBC HD was available for 4 hours a day Shrug

edit

this is no good for me, you need a satellite dish, and we already have Sky, but wanted this for different room.

If youve already got sky, then you can get this. You will need to get a Dual LNB, its the bit that protrudes from the dish, a dual LNB gives you 2 outputs instead of the standard one sky install, you can also get a quad and oct? LNB for loadsarooms.

Just Take the old one off, put the dual lnb on, and route a brand new cable to the second room. No need to pay sky for multiroom either.

yeah just don't want cables running everywhere, the dish is on the other side of the house.

Not sure about oct LNB but you can definately get quad. When we upgraded to Sky+ we had a quad fitted. So we have 2 cables to the Sky+ and one to another Sky box in the house. We managed to layout the cables quite neatly cant really see them.
