| That's clever of Play - they were £10.99 a pack a few weeks back. Now £12.99 if you don't want a lifetime's supply of them. The 'carry pack' thing is a bit of a con - it's basically just a plastic spindle with a plastic disc top and bottom, but no cake box style plastic outer. Mine was smashed to pieces when it arrived, so I basically have 100 discs with a spindle in the middle, but nothing to protect them from dust, etc. Mine had CMC dye - the last batch of Maxell I had from them had Ricoh dye (the packs of 50+30 free they had a few months back). |

They don’t have any side protection?
This seems a good deal – and as imi down to my last 3 – eeek – I need DVDR quick!
I've never had Maxwell – in honesty – I just bulk up on Tesco when they do their offers… But are they reputable?
I think I had a 1/30 error rate with Tesco – which I think is really good. _________________ Slevin© - Making Your Ratings Seem Like A Drop In The Ocean

None at all. They come wrapped in thin plastic shrink-wrap style wrapping, but you'll need to remove that to get to the top to take the plastic disc off. The top/bottom plastic discs are that cheap thin brittle style plastic, which is why mine had easily broken into pieces during shipping. |
