It's £50 for Home AND Contents cover, or £25 each for home or contents taken separately.
I took PO car insurance and they screwed that up, when my renewal came through it was for one year only, not 6 years, then whilst assuring me that it could be rectified and overpayment refunded they consistently failed to answer emails, fax, snailmail communications addressed to non-existant named individuals who had non-existant direct lines. Perhaps that's why they never returned my calls.
I took the PO telephone deal, and they screwed that up too - not quite so bad, but they several times restricted my line to "incoming only" for non-payment due to their own failure to take direct debits.
I got £50 PO for each account (set them both up when they first appeared) but that was little compensation for the time, hassle and financial loss they caused me.
Third time lucky? There won't be a third time for me |
