Hi
Did anyone else take advantage of the offer for Tatler with free gift. After a long wait I recieved my first copy damaged in the post. When I called Conde Nast to see if the free gift was supposed to be inside...the lady told me that I was due no free gift!
Can anyone help, I have to write to them with proof, a code or snapshot of the offer from magazine group. I have tried archive.org but they have no shots of this offer. Any ideas. I purchased for my daughter and she will be really dissapointed
