littlewoods.com are the same company (although a bit more expensive but has free delivery).. there's a £15 off £25 spend code which seems to be working for them.

ordered mine for delivery mothers day with the code which worked but didnt get delivered took the money though Confused

I know I am biased being a florist for 26 years but hear this all the time and is no suprise. Even Florists are not 100% perfect but in 26 years all my Mothers day orders have gone out between 9-12am Mothering Sunday, You usually get what you pay for with flowers.
Did they guarantee Mothers day delivery sometimes small print says depending on transport availabilty.
Hope you get a refund ok.
