How can I check my account?
You can check how much cashback has been credited to your Rpoints account by visiting:
http://www.rpoints.com/statement/
Note that it may take a few days or sometimes even weeks for cashback to appear on your account. This is because we rely on the information on your transactions to be passed back to us by the retailers.
Cashback will initially appear on your statement with a status of "Pending". Once we have received confirmation of your transaction and payment from the retailer, the status will change to "Awarded" and you can redeem that cashback.
