How does the £5 welcome bonus work?

When you join Rpoints as a new member, we add a £5 welcome bonus to your account. You should be able to see this on your points statement, and it will have an initial status of "Pending". Once you've earned your first £25 cashback (i.e. you have at least 2500 points with a status of "Awarded"), the status of your welcome bonus will change to "Awarded" and you can redeem those points!

If you redeem awarded points before hitting the 2500 mark, it doesn't affect your entitlement to the welcome bonus.
