We have commercial agreements with all of the partner sites listed, usually via third party marketing agencies. Hence, it is unlikely that the customer services staff for a given retailer will know anything about these specific agreements.

Rpoints is responsible from allocating cashback to members; our partner sites cannot help with that and do not want you to contact them directly regarding cashback issues.
