I contacted one of your 'partners' and they say they've never heard of Rpoints
We have commercial agreements with all of the partner sites listed, usually via third party marketing agencies. Hence, it is unlikely that the customer services staff for a given retailer will know anything about these specific agreements.
We issue rewards and rebates once we receive commission from these marketing agencies. Rpoints is responsible from allocating cashback to members; our partner sites cannot help with that and do not want you to contact them directly regarding cashback issues. Contacting retailers directly is expressly against our T&Cs and will result in the closure of your Rpoints account. Your co-operation is appreciated
