A referral / promoter bonus has disappeared from my statement
If you have earned a 10% promoter bonus due to another member earning points via an offer you posted using the facility at http://www.rpoints.com/newoffer, this will be reported on your statement. Once the member has had their points awarded, your "10% of points" bonus will also be awarded.
But if the member's points are rejected (e.g. they returned the goods or did not complete the transaction) then your promoter bonus will disappear from your statement. This is the most likely explanation
Please do not submit a claim or query if pending promoter points have been removed from your statement. If the members affected believe that their transaction should not have been rejected, they will submit their own claims. If such a claim is subsequently accepted, your promoter points will be restored.
