A friend joined using my referral link, but they don't show up on my referral report
Your referral bonus will not appear on your statement until your friend has been awarded at least £25 cashback. However, you should see a list of all members who have joined via your referral link on your Referral report provided that they have accepted the Terms and Conditions.
If you believe a friend has joined via your link but not been recorded as your referral, the only way you can resolve this is to ask your friend to submit a query quoting your username as their referrer. We will then correct this, provided that your friend is not already marked as being referred by another member.
