Instant Offices provides a one-stop service, offering free impartial advice to occupiers seeking serviced offices world-wide. Instant Offices was founded in 1999 to provide unbiased advice on the UK serviced office market. Since then they have expanded into the US, France, Germany, Australia and Asia and provide advice on acquiring serviced offices on a truly global basis. They work for the vast majority of serviced office operators and in most occasions they provide a free service to the occupier as we are paid a success based fee by the operators. Their team consists of a mixture of Chartered Surveyors and ex business centre employees ensuring that they can provide a unique blend of advice. Their customer base numbers almost 40,000 from small start-up companies to large Corporate users. Corporate users that we have successfully advised include: Bloomberg, Morgan Stanley, Orange, Disney, British Telecom, Marconi, Clifford Chance, Metronet, and numerous Central Government Departments.
