You will not receive cashback on your order if:
- The policy has been cancelled
- The policy is identified as fraudulent, this may be due to incorrect or false personal details, bank account details, contact details and/or false address details.
- The policy has not tracked fully through our links

How to ensure your policy is tracked:
In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the Sheila's Wheels site via the link provided. It is important that you then generate a new quote and purchase directly. If the last quote generated before you purchase your policy has been completed via another site (such as a comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be tracked and you will not receive your cashback.

To ensure the policy is tracked and you receive your cash back please make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled, you clear all browser history of other quotes and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window.
